We're making art books — real printed books, the kind people want to keep. Every detail is designed: the cover, the packaging, the bookmark that falls out when you open the box. And we need a designer to help us create them.
You'll be working on the cover, layout, packaging, and even the smaller details—bookmarks, brochures, promotional materials. A large part of the job is printing: transferring the design from the screen to real paper, working closely with us and the printing company.
We hope you have a portfolio with actual printed products, not just screenshots. You should be knowledgeable about paper types, finishing techniques, and have your own unique style. Experience in preparing files for printing is a plus, but if you haven't done much and want to learn, feel free to mention it. Most importantly, you enjoy creating products together as a team.
