Your role

Your role
Join us as a Senior Retoucher. Your priority is to provide the best photo editing services to our clients’ final utilization around the world.
Responsibilities:
- To do all Digital Imaging services according to the requirements of clients and the company
- Perform all aspects of image retouching including cut path, resize, reformat, color correct, adjust contrast, remove unwanted background, composite, retouch, etc.
- Take on some of the more complex corrections on behalf of the team as well as get involved with creative imagery for the website and marketing material.
- Mentor new starters as well as support and oversee department training.
- Maintain communication with internal team members to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- To work on tasks assigned by your Shift Lead / Team Leader / Head of Team
- Synchronize output product quality
- 4+ years of retouching experience in an agency or production company.
- Expert understanding of all file formats, and industry-pre-press standards.
- Quality control ability
- Use the pen tool proficiently
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to assess production needs (by having a working knowledge of production fundamentals, discipline expertise, and craft expectations).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Ability to interact with internal co-workers at a variety of levels and across functions.
- Fluent in Listening and Speaking in English to communicate with the expat Head of Team.
- Flat hierarchies and cross-departmental collaboration.
