MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Graphic designer (Nhân viên Thiết kế) là người chịu trách nhiệm liên đới chính đến hình ảnh thương hiệu và hiệu quả hình ảnh của các chiến dịch quảng bá.
Các công việc chính:
- Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, quản lý và phát triển về mặt mỹ thuật các sản phẩm thiết kế của công ty
- Thiết kế các ấn phẩm quảng cáo trên kênh digital marketing (website, facebook, Instagram,youtube…) như poster hình ảnh, gif, banner flash, pop up, email template, giao diện website/ứng dụng…
- Thiết kế các ấn phẩm in (tờ rơi, brochure, poster, bandroll, v.v..) Thiết kế các vật phẩm sử dụng trong ngày lễ, sự kiện (backdrop, giấy mời, standee, bảng biển, v.v…)
- Giám sát và quản lý chất lượng in ấn của các biểu mẫu, tư liệu quảng cáo, đảm bảo thực hiện đúng với mẫu thiết kế đã được phê duyệt.
- Thiết kế, quản lý hệ thống nhận dạng thương hiệu của công ty
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Khả năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian tốt
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập & tinh thần làm việc theo nhóm; có kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và xử lý nhiều việc cùng lúc.
- Thành thạo các phần mềm thiết kế như Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Adobe Premier, Deamweaver (kèm theo portfolio)
- Phát triển khả năng sáng tạo và tư duy sáng tạo phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu

JOB DESCRIPTION
Graphic designer is the person who is primarily responsible for the brand image and visual effectiveness of the promotional campaigns.
Main jobs:
- Responsible for the design, management, and artistic development of the company's design products
- Design advertising publications on digital marketing channels (website, Facebook, Instagram, youtube...) such as image posters, gifs, flash banners, pop up, email templates, website/app interface...
- Design printed publications (brochures, brochures, posters, etc.)
- Monitor and manage printing quality of forms and advertising materials, ensuring compliance with approved designs.
- Design and manage the company's brand identity system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently & teamwork spirit; Skilled in time management and multi-tasking.
- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Adobe Premier, and Dreamweaver (with portfolio)
- Develop creative ability and creative thinking in line with the brand orientation
